Systems Compliance Administrator

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The Systems Compliance Administrator I is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Windows patch levels on servers and workstations, diagnosing and troubleshooting Windows patching and SCCM/Intune client errors, and ensuring compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPS. This role works closely with the global compliance team, focusing on identifying compliance breaches and applications requiring updates in the Vietnam environment. It&039;s crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of the IT environment while also supporting business operations. The role requires flexibility to support pre- scheduled after- hours or weekend work and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on compliance status. Present findings and recommendations to local leadership and the Senior Manager, Regional IT (APAC). Foster open communication channels within the IT team and across departments.
Manage, monitor, and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPS
Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation OS
Assist in conducting basic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching and SCCM and Intune client errors
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.
Maintain documentation related to compliance standards, including policies, procedures, and audit records.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Patching, SCCM Client Failure, and Intune client issues
Manage, monitor, and maintain all 3rd party programs on servers and workstations and keep them in compliance

Additional Responsibilities

Complies with all policies and standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Inform Leadership of recurring Incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

1+ years- Experience with Patch My PC.
2+ years- Microsoft SCCM/Intune troubleshooting
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
1+ years- Remediation of out- of- date software
1+ years- Tenable experience
2+ years- Windows server/workstation OS troubleshooting to the component level
ITIL4 Foundation Certification desired.
2+ years- Direct or indirect problem determination and resolution
Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills.
2+ years- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with patching on servers and workstations.
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications at a high level.
1+ years- Experience with Autopilot in a Hybrid Environment preferred.
1+ years- Intune and Azure (EntraID) experience

Well- honed analytical skills and logical thinking required for solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of variables in complex situations.
Solid technical acumen and a fundamental grasp of IT principles are essential for effectively navigating and resolving complex technical challenges.
Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality customer service is required.
Must be self- motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse and interpret data (metrics) to improve the delivery and support of services to our customers.
Candidate should possess strong organisational skills, be detail oriented, and self- motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.
