Systems Support Specialist – PLM Focus

Working Location: Floor 1, Screc II Apartment, 59 Street No.4, An Phu Ward, Dist.2, HCMC
Responsibilities
•Provide daily support via tickets, emails, and IMs for all Asia-based end-users regarding Centric8©
and other related issues that get brought up.
•Collaborate with the PLM Project Management and Technology Teams to plan, execute and maintain continued implementation of Centric8© within Four Hands.
•Ability to confidently assist in the facilitation of on-site continuous end-user training, SOPs, and other support materials.
•Aid in the planning and execution of change management activities
•Perform system-process audits to establish end-users have the necessary access and knowledge needed to conduct their daily activities in an increasingly efficient manner.
•Other tasks as defined by Management

-2+ years’ experience with system implementation or management (specific to PLM beneficial)
-Experience with agile methodologies, requirements gathering and working alongside system developers.
-Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, where you can focus on the details without losing site of the “bigger picture”
-Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (English proficiency required)
-Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment, factoring in both language and regional differences.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative, while maintaining flexibility in a fast-based, agile environment.
-International travel to USA, India, China, Indonesia.
