About The Role
Role: Data & Digital Strategy Intern
Duration: 4 months
Department: Data & Experience
Responsibilities
- Assist the planning team in exploring, analyzing data from different resources, and turning data into a story
- Support the development of social & digital strategy and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with and inspire creative teams with data-driven insight and business/ brand understanding
- Research new tech and innovation trends
What You’ll Do
- Curiosity, logicality, and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Constantly updated on new platforms, tools, and trends that are reshaping media and communications
- A self-starter who is highly organized, disciplined, detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time, sometimes with a tight deadline and under pressure
- Basic understanding of performance marketing, as well as digital, social, and mobile marketing
- Experience in Google Sheets and Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides
What You’ll Need
- Background in Digital/ Data/ Planning is an advantage
- Can commit to 4-month internship
- Passionate, open, and willing to learn

We are assigned to do a Brand Watch report for our client in the F&B industry. Hence, we need you to conduct a social media audit on 3 brands: Coke, Pepsi, and Fanta to understand their marketing activities, message, content strategy, and content performance.
Duration of your research: minimum 2 months of content
Your Research Should Include
- Collecting data on websites, social media channels (page likes, followers), and page performance (number of interactions, views, shares, etc.)
- A categorization of content angles/ pillars/ messages
- An overall analysis of what are the strengths and weaknesses of each fan page, based on the data you have collected
- An overall observation and key learnings for your client to build their own content
