Talent Acquisition And Employer Branding Intern

This position focuses primarily on employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s image as an employer of choice, while supporting the recruitment process across various functions.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding (70%)

Assist in planning and executing employer branding campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to ensure a consistent brand message and visual identity.
Conduct market research and benchmark top employers to identify creative EB trends and ideas.
Create and manage content (articles, visuals, videos) that highlight company culture, people stories, and workplace values.
Support campus recruitment and career event activities, including logistics, communication materials, and post- event reports.

Talent Acquisition (30%)

Arrange interviews, maintain candidate database, and update recruitment reports.
Support sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, TopCV, etc.).
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
Support onboarding activities for new hires when required.

Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Final- year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Good sense of creativity, storytelling, and social media trends.
