Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Attract and Hunt candidates to fill company vacancies (Social Community, Customer Services, Graphic Designer,..) in the overseas markets as business needs.
Conduct Recruitment project reports for recruitment effectiveness measurement and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and Execute recruitment project by directly working in full-cycle campaigns, including external communication, talent attraction, screening & shortlist, initial test & interview, offering & onboarding.
Collect and analyze labor market information to counsel HRM-related recruitment activities.
Take responsibility as project leader to carry out VNG annual big Talent Fresher Recruitment Campaign targeting potential students of Top Universities in Vietnam.
Actively Propose, Plan and Organize various recruitment marketing and branding programs such as VNG Tour, Talk show, Webinar,...

Logical thinking and ability to build a plan
Good English skills and MS office skills, Tech-savvy
Be highly agile diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable
Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates, university partners and internal stakeholders.
Experiences in building talent pools and sourcing candidates from multiple channels including Career Fair, Professional and social media,..
Have a good mindset of employer branding and recruitment marketing with the ability to organize 300 people scale events.
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multitask
At least 1 - 3 years of working experience in a Talent Acquisition position in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
