WHAT YOU DO
Talent Acquisition role (60% scope of work):

Source qualified candidates via job sites, social networks, personal networking,...
Select, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
Take part in organizing IT talent programs, job fair events,...
Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands
Support all necessary administration relating to the recruiting process

Employer Branding role (40% scope of work):

Assist in monitoring our company‘s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, etc.)
Work with all aspects of social media and brainstorm with the Mid- level to plan, create and execute campaigns
Produce effective, captivating content to attract both internal (True- ers) and external audiences.

WHO YOU ARE
Knowledge & Experience

Freshly graduated or final- year students in major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics or related major.
At least 3 months of experience in Recruitment, IT Recruitment is a plus

Individual Skills

Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both speaking & writing
The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively of both internal

Mindset & Attitude

Adaptable and able to learn quickly
Up to date with the market trends/ innovative communication approaches is preferable
Courageous, dare to think differently & make a difference, not afraid to change the status and continuously improve
Open- minded, willing to learn & change the way of thinking and doing for greater efficiency, flexible and adaptable to unexpected challenges
People- centric mindset, along with passion, enthusiasm, dynamism, diligence, a delicate approach, and a can- do attitude are essential qualities for success
