KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in- person interviews.
Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
Participate in promoting internship program, hiring and prepare for new interns onboard; monitoring intern job contributions.
Participate actively in job fairs and close collaborate with major universities
Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.
Deliver full life- cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for final interviews with hiring managers; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.

Prior at least 1- 2 year experience as a talent acquisition specialist/ recruiter/ headhunter
A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment field
Ability to work independently and be self- motivated is key
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
Highly detail- oriented and able to multi- task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
