Recruitment Execution (15%)
Ensure recruitment timelines are met according to approved manpower plans.
Execute end- to- end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening (20%)
Maintain an active talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Job Descriptions & Job Postings (5%)
Post job openings on relevant recruitment platforms and social channels.
Monitor job posting performance and adjust sourcing approaches when needed.
Support hiring managers/supervisors in preparing and updating job descriptions.
Interview & Hiring Coordination (15%
)
Assist in preparing offer letters and follow up with candidates during offer stage.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interviewers.
Support interview processes and collect feedback from hiring department.
Employer Branding Support (5%)
Support employer branding activities by promoting job opportunities and company culture on recruitment platforms and social media.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, or university programs when required.
6. Recruitment Reporting (20%)
Update and maintain recruitment data and reports (candidate tracking, hiring status, recruitment results).
Support tracking of recruitment KPIs such as time- to- hire and source of candidates.
Onboarding Coordination (10%)
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires join smoothly.
Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate with internal teams.
Ad- Hoc Work (10%):
Other tasks assigned by line manager/ CEO

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast- paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and detail- oriented.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
High sense of confidentiality.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong recruitment interest may be considered.
Age: 23 – 28;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English communication is an advantage
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
Gender: Male/Female;
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
