Responsibilities and Duties:
Forecast hiring needs by department on a quarterly and annual basis;
Build strong, long- term relationships with potential and past candidates for future hiring needs;
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish role requirements;
Design and execute interview processes, including screening calls, skills assessments, and in- person interviews;
Undertake additional HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager.
Organize and represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities;
Define selection criteria and develop targeted strategies for each position;
Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to position- specific competencies;
Evaluate candidate profiles using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient processing;
Lead employer branding efforts, enhancing the company’s visibility and appeal to top talent;
Source potential candidates through online platforms, including professional networks and social media;
Qualifications and Skills:
Able to manage multiple roles at once with speed and quality.
1+ year of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Tech hiring.
Familiar with both technical & business roles across teams.
Solid skills in full- cycle recruitment – from sourcing to offer.
Bonus point if you’ve worked with product- based companies.
Comfortable working in fast- paced, startup- style environments.
