Talent Acquisition Executive

Recruitment (80%)
- Implement employer branding activities
- Implement recruitment activities following yearly plan/ request from departments.
- Keep recruitment progress in control and recorded.
- Develop banks of tests, interview questions, selection methods, candidate pools. to increase recruitment quality
- Fulfill recruitment requests with enough quantity, quality, timely and cost saving.
HRBP (20%)
- Discuss concerns with employees and highlight to supervisor for further action
- Identify probable concerns among employees
- Support other HR Operation to introduce, present new policies

- Have 1-3 years of professional experience of recruitment in the retail industry/Internet/IT field or mass recruitment
- Fluent English
- Have Bachelor’s Degree
