Talent Acquisition Executive

Monitor the human resources situation at the company, guide and receive recruitment proposals from departments within the company.
Carry out recruitment steps in accordance with the Company&039;s recruitment process including:

- Receiving and screening candidate applications
- Select channels and post recruitment ads
- Preliminary and official interviews
- Information on interview results for candidates
- Support candidates with job acceptance and integration training.

Support recruitment brand communication work
Store and continuously update candidate profiles (personnel life cycle) from application to job completion.
Some other tasks as requested by direct manager
Support reporting recruitment status by week/month/quarter/year
Manage data- information and update and adjust according to direct management requirements on recruitment platforms such as fanpage, company website, recruitment page,...
Support in building recruitment processes, interviewing, evaluating candidates,...

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Priority is given to candidates with experience working in Headhunt or in the field of Fitness, Education- Training,...
Good communication, pleasant appearance, neat.
Proficient and diverse use of recruitment sources such as recruitment websites, LinkedIn, Social networks,...
