Job Description:
Planning:
Verify recruitment needs/requests from clients
Make a recruitment plan
Executing:
Negotiate about working conditions and benefits
Screen CVs and setup interviews
Inform feedback and result of the interview to candidates
Make recruitment reports by statistics of candidate data, recruitment costs and other necessary information
Search and look for suitable candidates
Others:
Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
Participate in assigned training activities
Compensation & Benefits:
Commision based on the number of the successfully offered candidates.

Requirements:

Have knowledge of IT services and the labor market
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting IT positions (Tech or Sales). Experience in hunting companies is a plus
Excellent skills of persuasion, negotiation and communication
Fast learner & change adapter.
Good at English is a plus
