Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Post job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in the end- to- end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective communication with candidates.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
• Support initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee experience.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace engagement strategies.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including team- building events and recognition programs.
HR Administration & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to recruitment and training.
• Generate reports on hiring progress, training completion rates, and employee development.
• Maintain HR databases, ensuring updated records of recruitment and training activities.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or learning & development.
• Experience in marketing, FMCG, or field force recruitment is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR software (ATS, LMS).
• Passionate about talent development and enhancing workplace culture.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, training methods, and employee engagement strategies.
