* Hiring and Talent Acquisition- Lead end- to- end recruitment processes for up to Leader level of Back Office and Manufacturing team, including job analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high- quality candidates.- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the company.- Collaborate with department managers to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on hiring trends and competitive salary benchmarks.* Developing the employer branding:- Develop and implement a recruitment brand development strategy to attract quality candidates and enhance the company&039;s image in the labor market.- Position the company&039;s recruitment brand through social media channels, recruitment websites, career events and recruitment marketing activities.- Organize recruitment events such as seminars, webinars, recruitment fairs to raise awareness of the company&039;s brand in the candidate community.- Manage recruitment partnerships, cooperate with universities, professional organizations, recruitment service providers to find and develop a source of quality candidates.* Training:- Develop and develop a training program on corporate culture, to raise awareness and create a cohesive, creative and effective working environment.- Organize internal training sessions and seminars for new and existing employees on core values, vision, mission and corporate culture.- Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze results, collect feedback and improve training programs to meet the needs and goals of corporate culture development.- Advise and support departments in building and maintaining corporate culture values in all activities and work processes.- Manage training materials, ensure information is updated and easily accessible to all employees.- Coordinate with other departments (such as human resources, communications) to implement activities to connect and develop organizational culture.
