Job Overview:
bTaskee is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and oversee our full- cycle recruiting. As a part of this role, you will be tasked with sourcing candidates through diverse channels, coordinating interview and selection processes, and contributing to or hosting career events. Success in this position requires the ability to formulate long- term recruiting strategies and cultivate trustworthy relationships with prospective candidates, with a strong focus on recruiting Tech positions and proven experience engaging with the IT community. Responsibilities and Duties:
As the role of Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be fully in charge for:
Evaluate candidate profiles using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient processing;
Build strong, long- term relationships with potential and past candidates for future hiring needs;
Organize and represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities;
Source potential candidates through online platforms, including professional networks and social media;
Design and execute interview processes, including screening calls, skills assessments, and in- person interviews;
Undertake additional HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager.
Craft job descriptions and interview questions tailored to position- specific competencies;
Define selection criteria and develop targeted strategies for each position;
Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to identify staffing needs and define role requirements, with a focus on Tech positions;
Lead employer branding efforts, enhancing the company’s visibility and appeal to top talent;
Forecast hiring needs by department on a quarterly and annual basis;
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have:
Have a personal laptop.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or relevant field;
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;
Familiarity with technology startups and extensive experience in large- scale recruitment;
Capable of thriving in a fast- paced environment and effectively multitasking;
1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role, experienced in sourcing and hiring Tech/IT positions;
Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
Nice to have: English skill.
