JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment (80%):
Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
Support to conduct full talent acquisition process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through posting, researching/hunting, profile screening, interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
Support in data management, recruitment report
Perform ad- hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Define effective recruitment channel for attracting potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
Align with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, priority, ideal profile,...
Employer Branding (10%):
Assist in content planning and content creation in multi- channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok…
Uni- partnership: Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for recruitment need
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Can commit 6- months internship program and can work full- time is a plus
3rd- or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, excellent time & task management
Proactive, autonomous, hard- working, ownership, integrity, supportive
Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Eager to learn and can- do attitude
Immediate English skills
Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus
