Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at GREENFEED you will have a great chance to learn and practice including but not limited to:

Do survey candidate’s experience & prepare reports.
Support to prepare recruitment policies, documents and presentation materials bilingual.
Maintain consistent job post(s) on Careersite, Linkedln, etc…
Be in charge of centralize large candidate database and updating on Recruitment System
Any Ad- hoc task(s) the Manager/Senior requires.
Do research for talent acquisition & employer branding trends and propose action plan to apply for GREENFEED Group
Support to source CV, conduct phone screening/ Recruiter Interview, schedule interview to explore more regarding candidate’s motivation, reason of leaving, communication skills, etc..

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
Detail oriented person
Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
3rd/4th year student from Business Administration, HR Management major or other equivalent discipline and can commitment with 3- 4 months Full- time Internship
Good command of written and spoken English
Having hands- on Recruitment experience with basic IT knowledge will be a strong plus
