Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, ensuring that we consistently attract, engage, and onboard exceptional individuals who align with our company values and goals.

What you will do:

Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top- tier talent.
End- to- End Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various technical roles.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide recruitment team members, fostering their professional growth.

What competencies needed for this role:

Problem- Solving Abilities: Strong problem- solving skills to address and overcome recruitment challenges. Ability to think critically and make data- driven decisions.
Adaptability and Innovation: Proactive and flexible, with a passion for continuous improvement. Creative in utilizing both traditional and innovative recruitment channels.
Technical Recruitment Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment with a strong track record. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for technical roles.
Industry Understanding: In- depth knowledge of the tech industry and its trends. Ability to quickly understand and adapt to changes in the industry.
Marketing Mindset: Understanding of employer branding and ability to market the company to potential candidates. Skilled in leveraging social media and other platforms to attract talent.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship- building skills. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy to connect with candidates on a deeper level.
Networking and Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong professional network. Expertise in establishing long- term relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, high- pressure environment. Demonstrated perseverance and resilience in overcoming recruitment challenges.
Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team. Proven experience in setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to leverage technology, especially AI- based tools to streamline recruitment processes.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Experience in using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
