Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Set performance goals, monitor team metrics, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Recruitment & Talent Strategy
Ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices in recruiting.
Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and create proactive pipelines.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Hands- On Recruitment
Source, screen, and select candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Personally manage recruitment for senior- level and niche roles.
Manage job postings on various platforms and track key hiring metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
Partner with HR, department leaders, and executives to align hiring strategies with business goals.
Employer Branding
Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms as necessary.
Lead initiatives to strengthen Brightchamps’ employer brand and enhance our presence in the talent market.
Data- Driven Decision Making
Optimize the use of recruitment tools and technology to improve operational efficiency.
Track and analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Proven track record of managing a team and handling full- cycle recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Experience in an education technology or similar industry is a plus.
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
Fluent in English
