Role SummaryLead the full talent acquisition agenda for a fast- growth real estate business. Drive end- to- end recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding to secure top- tier talent across development, construction, commercial, sales, and corporate functions.Key Responsibilities• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: manpower planning, sourcing strategy, assessment, offer management, onboarding.• Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build a proactive hiring pipeline.• Drive recruitment for key functions: project development, design, construction, sales, marketing, property management, and corporate roles.• Build and manage relationships with search firms, universities, and talent communities.• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning.• Standardize TA processes, KPIs, and reporting; ensure full compliance with corporate governance.• Implement digital sourcing, ATS optimization, and recruitment analytics.• Lead and mentor the TA team to deliver high- quality hiring outcomes.• Manage recruitment budget and vendor performance.
