Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us develop recruiting strategies, manage the full recruitment life-cycle and fulfilling the vacancies in the most effective

Develop and maintain a network to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Contribute ideas and take part in projects to constantly improve and streamline recruitment process
Develop recruitment strategy and ensure the available talent pipeline.
Collect and analyze hiring demands
Take part in the employer branding plan and activities.
Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding
Report the daily, weekly, monthly activity (results, workflow…) to HRM
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, candidate assessment, phone interview, schedule interview and offer letter

Familiarity with social media, Linkedin and other recruitment platforms
Good at problem solving, analyzing, negotiating and communication skills
Experience in recruiting Tech/non-tech positions
Reliable, enthusiastic, self-directed, initiative-taking, patient
Experience in mass recruiting is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and mailing system
Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
At least 1 years of experience as a talent acquisition or similar roles
Ability to work under high pressure
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required
Experience doing employer branding
Good English in speaking and writing is a plus.
