JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead mass- hiring campaigns for operators through job fairs, local agencies, and community channels.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time- to- fill, quality of hire, cost- per- hire, turnover) and recommend improvements.
Partner with Head of Department to understand manpower plans and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Lead employer branding activities (career fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns).
Plan, prioritize, and oversee recruitment for Direct labor and Indirect labor.
Support the HR Manager in developing and executing the overall recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
Enhance candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional recruitment processes.
Manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for technical and professional positions in engineering.
Ensure fair, efficient, and timely recruitment processes to meet production schedules.
Oversee onboarding and integration programs tailored for large- scale workforce hiring.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong experience in recruitment for both direct and indirect labor.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, leadership and team development skills.
Good English communication skill.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
Solid understanding of recruitment channels, labor market trends, and employer branding.
At least 5–7 years of recruitment experience, in manufacturing field.
