Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (TA)

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist (TAS) to manage the entire recruiting cycle. Your main responsibilities include making recruitment plans, carrying on recruitment, working with recruitment partners, managing recruitment data and performing other related duties.
*** Position Responsibilities:
• Participating in/coordinating candidate pool generation activities (in collaboration with training institutions) and employer branding (organizing/participating in related events; managing and promoting online communication channels such as recruitment websites; company pages/groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, and so on).
• Recruitment implementation, including a complete recruitment process and not limited to the following steps: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, preliminary assessment, introduction to the division/department, scheduling and arranging interviews, negotiating and proposing remuneration, submitting and submitting job offers, implementing and coordinating the implementation of procedures to welcome candidates to work...
• Carry out related tasks arising from the Recruitment Department under the direction of the departmental head.
• Managing recruitment data, making periodic and arising recruitment reports at the request of the departmental head.
• Working with heads of other divisions and departments to build recruitment plan according to approved labor quotas.
• Collaborating with appropriate recruitment partners (senior recruitment/headhunting, job posting, human resource/staffing/outsourcing firms, etc.)

• Fluently use English with 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Agility, initiative, eager to learn, good communication, high adaptability.
• Experience in internal recruitment / headhunt for 5 years or more, experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering and related fields is preferred
