Talent Acquisition Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive with a creative mindset, strong problem- solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast- paced digital environment. The main objective of this role is to source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates who are a good fit for the organization. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts on Citics&039; internal platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stay updated with industry recruitment trends and propose process improvements.
Maintain and update candidate information and build a talent database on the company’s system.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies and utilize effective sourcing channels to attract potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in- person interviews with relevant managers to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Analyze and assess recruitment needs from departments/divisions and prepare corresponding job descriptions.
Report directly to the HR Manager.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Oversee the entire recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letter issuance, onboarding, and employment contract signing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Participate in external talent sourcing activities, including events and seminars, to promote the company and attract talent.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Tech- savvy and proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), AI chat tools, and online recruitment channels.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or banking/financial services.
Aged between 24–30.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and compliance related to recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
