A senior talent acquisition specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long- term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward. They also promote the company’s brand through recruitment initiatives and events. Essentially, their role is to help grow the talent in our company by finding and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company’s future success.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
- Create and implement end- to- end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders from various departments to understand the different business functions/needs, design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long- term strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as online and offline channels, employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
- Leverage on creative juices to implement other HR initiatives and projects in other areas
WORKING TIME & LOCATION
- Headquarters in Hai Duong: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa, Hai Duong
- YODY Office, HH1 Building, No. 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
- Time: Monday- Saturday weekly. From 8:00- 17:00. Lunch break 1 hour: 12:00- 13:00.
(Free accommodation in Hai Duong City / Shuttle bus between Hanoi- Hai Duong during the day)
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail with capability to multi- task and prioritize
- Proficient at English to work with local and foreign candidates.
- Ability to work independently, creative and accountable
- Strong problem- solving skills and resourceful
- University degree
- Willing to learn new skills and to adapt
- 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
