Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Reference check if required
Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants,
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job sites, personal networks, etc.
Understand the business needs, analyze the job orders, devise and update job descriptions
Sell the candidate to Hiring Managers, arrange interviews and coordinate with the candidate during the hiring process
Screen candidate’s resume, overview applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience.
Working location: Japan (Tokyo), or Vietnam (Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng)
Yêu cầu công việc
Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks ;
Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 1- 5 years in IT
Deep understanding of software engineering industry;
Deep understanding of recruiting within technology and software engineering organizations;
