Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our employee value proposition and inspiring candidates to apply for positions and accept opportunities
• Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes from aligned requirements with stakeholders by understanding their recruitment needs, consulting on recruitment strategies and providing professional support throughout the hiring process
• Execute a professional, brand enhancing candidate experience through all recruitment cycle touch-points
• Sourcing effective recruitment channels, preparing job advertisements and selecting reliable agency
• Provide candidate active search via various channels (social media, job board CV search, referrals and market research)
• Screening applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessment and interviews with the hiring managers, negotiate and extend offer to candidates
• Conduct market benchmark and candidate research and create recruitment statistics reports
• Support global HR team in implementing TA strategy to align direction
• Partner with HR Specialist in global HR projects and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Bachelor degree or above (Human Resources Management is preferred)
• At least 3 years’ experience in mass recruitment with proven track record
• Experience in financial service or telecommunication industry is highly preferred
• Strong attention to details, time management and good communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and good team player
• Flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
