WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This position requires you to recruit talent for both internal projects and top- tier candidates for our clients as part of our headhunting service. While the workload can be flexible, you must be adaptable in balancing your efforts between internal hiring and client recruitment, while also supporting the company&039;s talent acquisition and branding initiatives.
Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up- to- date with industry trends, recruitment best practices
- Manage recruitment budget & Track and report recruitment metrics.
- Assist in negotiating and extending job offers & and facilitate in the onboarding process for new hires
- Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidates&039; suitability
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date candidate records & track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time- to- fill, source of hire, and candidate recruitment process & candidate satisfaction.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
Employer Branding:
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company&039;s brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding materials.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company&039;s reputation and attract top talent.

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Graduate with diploma/ bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Well- organized with exceptional attention to detail.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
· Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist with a track record of sourcing high- level positions or in a similar role, preferably in a fast- paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
