Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talents to support the company’s rapid growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the labor market (especially in IT), and the ability to build long- term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the company culture.
Actively source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, personal networks, referrals, and social media.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure hiring effectiveness.Provide administrative (HR admin) support when required.
Conduct market research on talent trends and propose improvements for recruitment strategies.

Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (experience in IT recruitment is a plus).
Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals).
Good understanding of IT job roles and market trends.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.
Excellent communication and relationship- building skills.
Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
