💼 Requirements
At least 3 years of hands- on experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in recruiting for back- office, marketing, and IT roles.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced work environment.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a proactive mindset.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship- building skills.
