Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage full- cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales, and IT talented heads.
Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data- driven updates with key partners

Strong recruitment of non- IT
3+ years of fast- paced, high- volume recruiting experience.
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Driven with a “get it done” attitude.

Salary

1–2 month salary as an annual performance bonus.
