Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take responsibilities of sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long- term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation training and follow up with employee in the base of probation time, 6 month and 1 year to ensure recruitment quality.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews.
- Source potential candidates through all channels.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, HR certificates or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- 5+ year experience as a Talent Acquisition and EB Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing factory.
- Hands- on experience with full- cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and effective recruitment channels especially mass recruitment.

Desired characteristics:

- Attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi- task.
- Knowlegeable in French is a plus.
