Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance the overall candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency.
Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement of internal recruitment processes.
Own the end- to- end recruitment process — from gathering requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to final offer negotiation.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance.
Hunt and engage top talent, especially for technical roles, ensuring strong alignment with both job requirements and team culture.
Act as a strategic partner to business and tech teams in identifying hiring needs, defining ideal candidate profiles, and building effective talent acquisition strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Partner who collaborates closely with business teams.
Strong ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Preferably with experience in product- based or fast- scaling tech companies.
2 years of recruitment experience, with solid exposure to Tech hiring (Developer, Product, Data, etc.).
Good understanding of the TABP model and a strong desire to grow as a Talent
Proven ability in talent hunting and delivering quality hires that truly fit business needs.
