Baller Headwear is a premium caps manufacturer servicing international brands. Our head office and factory are based in Da Nang, and in 2025, we are excited to expand by opening a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City (District 12) to strengthen our talent acquisition and operations.
We are currently looking for a full- time Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition to join our new office in HCMC. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys recruiting for diverse roles and managing HR administrative tasks in a dynamic setup.

WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE
Recruitment Strategy & Execution (90%)
Develop and execute end- to- end hiring plans for factory and office positions.
Coordinate the full cycle of recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and handling job offers.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide regular updates to management.
Identify talent needs in collaboration with functional managers.
HR Administration (10%)
Support contract, timekeeping, attendance, and data preparation for payroll.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
Proactive, organized, and confident working independently in a fast- paced environment.
3+ years of hands- on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with the local labor market and sourcing for both workers and office staff.
