Talent Management Executive Fulltime

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Work directly with Talent to invite and onboard them to Hiip Network which follows team direction.
Host training and coaching sessions.
Enhance Talent’s capacity by actively delivering & sharing knowledge and developing their skill.
Facilitate administration tasks for the related campaign.
Be responsible for Talent&039;s channel growth: social metrics & revenue.
Analyze, report, and present data on performance to recommend new ideas for Creators’ recruitment and activeness enhancement.
Actively equip knowledge about TikTok Policy, Platform, and Trends.

QUALIFICATION

Having experience with the health and beauty industry is plus.
Be independent & critical thinking & working but able to work well in a team.
Having > 6 months experience as a talent manager or related position.
Creative with content, especially short video content.
