The Purpose of Your Role
The Partner Acquisition Lead for Care is helping to acquire new partners for Hello Health’s digital health ecosystem. The Partner Acquisition Lead is responsible for actively reaching out to and engaging with Healthcare providers in the market in order to drive partnership for the Hello Health medical booking platform. The Partner Acquisition Lead will be responsible for a specific segment of the healthcare industry (industry key accounts and leaders) by specialty or geography and will independently prospect, qualify and close new partners. You will need excellent communication skills to negotiate & problem- solve for our partners.
As an externally facing team member you are central to bringing the Hello Health Group Vision and Mission to life, acting as a role model for the company values to inspire the highest level of commitment to the company’s vision, mission, purpose, and commercial ambitions, in alignment with Hello Health Group strategy.
Our service allows healthcare providers to be listed on Hello Health Group Website to reach out to more patients and to manage their booking more efficiently. We make it easy for patients to gain access to health services through online appointment scheduling, video consultation hours and communication with their doctors.
Your Key Responsibilities
● Negotiate win- win exchange in counterpart and build a good relationship to drive JBP.
● At all times keep a record of your pipeline and regularly report back performance numbers, partner acquisition data & team member performance to the management team.
● Abide by & use internally developed sales processes, ensuring smooth operational flow from and between partner acquisition team and account servicing / customer support teams.
● Actively respond to Inbound leads coming from B2B marketing efforts, enquiries and our website. Working to minimize the sales cycle & close partners as efficiently as possible.
● Develop & manage your own partners pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals at all stages of the conversion funnel and ensure management of the CRM system.
● Prospect relevant target partners, qualify these partners through proactive outreach (Cold Calling, Emailing).
● Collect, consolidate and communicate partner feedback internally to enable improvements to the product, service suite & value proposition presented to partners.

JBP Partners Signed & Successful campaign
Doctors Signed Doctors per Speciality targeted
Locations Signed
Build solid relationships and pipeline

Who We Want
● Experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory. For candidates without healthcare industry experience we want to see a passion for healthcare and a willingness to learn.
● Able to communicate efficient with director/level C
● A “hunter mentality”. You don&039;t give up on the first "no" because you enjoy the challenge and are motivated to transform the healthcare industry
● An entrepreneurial minded individual who is driven to succeed with a proven track record of overcoming challenges in new and unfamiliar environments.
