Talented Accounting & Finance Partner

Role Description
This is a full- time, on- site role for an TALENTED ACCOUNTING & FINANCE PARTNER located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. Leading in outstanding accounting activities, including cost accounting (costs, pricing, profits, value). Leading in legal and compliance areas. Leading in long- term free cash flow growth.
Responsibilities
• Work efficiently across functional departments to achieve business priorities.
• Business analysis: costs, costing accounting, benchmarking, margin analysis, profit center measurement, building valuable metrics.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable of the business.
• Translate data into deep business insights and make proposals to support the team in decision- making.
• Handle company tax issues, including computation, filing, and reporting of taxes. Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure appropriate compliance measures are implemented.
• Manage and monitor free cash flow by maintaining lean cost structures and efficiently managing working capital and capital expenditure.
• Ensure that the organization has enough cash to carry out daily business activities and orders.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Responsible for recording financial transactions of the business into the accounting records.

Required Intelligence and Skills:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in accounting or finance
• Business understanding

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
• Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance
