Role Description
We are seeking a Hybrid QA/QC- Tester to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our AI knowledge base platform meets and exceeds quality standards, by planning and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, and collaborating cross- functionally with product and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and checklists for both manual and automated testing scenarios.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Manual & Automated Testing
Execute manual tests on new features, focusing on functionality, usability, and reliability.
Setup and develop automated testing frameworks where applicable to streamline regression testing.
Quality Control & Bug Management
Report, track, and prioritize bugs using project management tools.
Conduct root cause analysis and regression tests to confirm issue resolution.
Documentation & Process Improvement
Provide feedback on product design and user experience to enhance quality and usability.
Maintain detailed documentation of test results, known issues, and feature acceptance criteria.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Work closely with AI/FE/BE engineers, and product operations teams to optimize testing processes.
Communicate findings clearly and help shape feature roadmap decisions based on quality insights.

Requirements

Experience:
1+ years of experience in QA, QC, or software testing roles.
Testing Fundamentals
Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar tracking systems).
Understanding of both manual and automated testing best practices.
Analytical & Problem- Solving Skills
Detail- oriented mindset with strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
Communication Skills
Good verbal and written English skills to facilitate clear collaboration within the team.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts or previous experience testing AI- driven products.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/NextJS) or backend technologies.
