Research and stay up- to- date on market information and communication trends
Observe and collect information on brands&039; products and services.
Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the marketplace.
Be well- versed in all agencies&039; systems/ procedures and keep updated on marketing and communication trends.
Act as the key coordinator of the Marcom team for brand management and marketing/ communication execution
Ensure superior quality service and experiential communications ideas are delivered timely and executed effectively to brands.
Take responsibility for invoice control/estimation and queries in liaison with the Marcom department and other departments.
Seek, work closely, and well manage suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the brands.
Be the main contact between the Marcom team and other internal departments (including operation and back office teams) to ensure the efficiency of all marketing and communication activities for brands
Assist Marcom Manager/ Director during the execution
Assist in formulating and implementing effective communication with brands.
Assist individuals and teams among Marcom team in preparing materials for brands&039; meetings and regular reports.
Other administration tasks
