C&B Operation oversee
Lead the design and execution of employee wellness programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well- being.
Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Training to support organizational objectives related to talent acquisition and retention.

Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management to analyze the turnover rate.
Manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
Provide exceptional service in the areas of C&B program design, development, implementation, and administration as well as HR- related activities, such as base pay, health insurance, incentives, PIT, and other prizes.
Collaborate with Reward team to conduct internal and external benchmark studies to ensure that the organization’s salaries, incentives and retention strategy are competitive and responsive to the market.
