[Tân Bình] Digital Media Executive (Toeic 700 Or Equivalent)

-Create Weekly/Monthly reports and report to client.
-Monitor all resources to manage the full digital project from planning to execution that reaches KPI in time, within budget, and high quality, and report on these regularly to the Account Manager.
-Do operation tasks related to the project and other tasks requested by Project Managers.
-Manage projects and deliver end-to-end integrated digital campaigns and project performance.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships so
that they trust and value your opinions.
- Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information
seeking & researching, managing milestones, and approvals.
- Identify and resolve issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with team to do paperwork: Contract, Appendix, Liquidation…
- Support Account Manager to plan and lead presentations: Collaborate with the Planning Department to give good strategic advice to clients based on previous experience.
- Work collaboratively with Internal team and Vendor teams.

- Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clients and to drive revenue from existing accounts.
- Flexibility in work.
- Passion for marketing and brand development on Digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Digital PR and Social Media (2 years - 3 years).
- Good project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint…
- Continuously update new digital, and social trends or campaigns locally or globally.
- Knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Google, Facebook, Youtube...

++Required qualificationsTOEIC 700 or equivalent English proficiency certification.

- Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N4 or above)- Experience working for a Japanese company in Vietnam under a Japanese boss
