Tax Accounting

Tax Declaration and Filing
• Responsible for the tax declaration of overseas subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate submission of
local tax reports (e.g., Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, Turnover Tax, Personal Income Tax,
).
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements in all declarations and documentation.
Invoice Issuance and Management
• Review invoice compliance during payment and reimbursement approval processes.
• Issue compliant invoices on a monthly basis in accordance with local tax laws.
External Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate with overseas accounting teams, maintain efficient communication, flag potential risks, and
provide timely updates on changes in local tax laws and regulations.
Tax Registration & Updates
• Handle tax registration for newly established entities and update tax records in accordance with any
Tax Risk Management
industrial or commercial changes.
• Respond to inquiries and inspection letters from tax authorities.
• Prepare necessary documentation and respond appropriately.
Audit Support
• Respond to auditor queries promptly and ensure timely issuance of unqualified audit opinions.
• Responsible for preparation and submission of local transfer pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with external audit firms to facilitate annual audits.
Cross- Border Compliance Support
• Assist in compliance tasks related to foreign exchange, customs, and tax matters.
• Provide internal training on overseas tax basics (e.g., invoice rules, withholding and remittance
responsibilities).
Tax Incentives & Benefits
• Monitor and gather information on tax incentive policies.
• Identify applicable benefits and handle submission of applications for eligible incentives.
Regulatory Tracking & Impact Assessment
• Assess business impact and adjust internal procedures accordingly
• Keep abreast of tax regulation changes across countries.

Chief Accountant Certificate required.
Skills required: Proficient in Excel/tax software.
Experience requirement: More than 3 years of tax experience in large enterprises
Professional background: Bachelor or above degrees,Finance and taxation, accounting, holding ACCA, tax accountant and other certificates is preferred.
Soft skills: Clear logic, strong ability to withstand pressure
Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.
