Key Responsibilities1. Tax & Accounting Compliance• Spearhead all tax, invoicing and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with both Vietnamese regulations and global SKF standards.• Drive strategic tax planning initiatives, managing the end- to- end tax declaration and finalization process to optimize the company&039;s tax position.• Master the full cycle of tax reporting, including the precise and timely preparation of monthly (VAT, WHT, PIT), quarterly (Provisional CIT), and annual (CIT, FCT) declarations and statutory accounts.• Act as the key liaison, professionally representing SKF before Tax authorities, and legal advisors to navigate all tax- related inquiries and proceedings.• Provide critical support and taking a leading role in the preparation of robust transfer pricing documentation to satisfy local statutory reporting and Group requirements.• Diligently manage all statutory reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to key governmental bodies including the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) and the Statistical Office.
Financial Analysis• Leverage advanced analytical tools, like Power BI, to delve into complex financial and accounting data, uncovering trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget), profitability analysis, and cost analysis to provide actionable insights to management.• Develop and maintain dynamic financial dashboards and reports to monitor key financial metrics and support data- driven decision- making.• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and create comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.• Support the enhancement of financial systems (e.g., SAP), focusing on optimizing data extraction and reporting capabilities.• Translate raw financial data into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
