JOB DESCRIPTIONS

- Be accountable for group cash operation
- Ensure tax/custom compliance with statutory and internal control requirements
- Be accountable for group tax operation in compliance with statutory and internal control requirements
- Support decision making with data and insight
- Provide internal tax reports and analysis
- Review and declare monthly / quarterly tax timely
- Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
- Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
- Handle local bank annual inspection
- Manage relationship with Tax/custom authority
- Prepare Cash flow forecast 1YP and 3YP
- Manage bank mandate update
- Review tax/custom registration, calculation, filing and returns for all legal entities in the group
- Prepare tax budget
- Maintain relationship and ensure availability of funding from financial institutions
- Prepare monthly latest estimate of direct CF, indirect CF and CWC
- Support internal and external tax/custom audit
- Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Education:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Major in finance and accounting, business administration, economics, etc.
• Experience:
- Leading team member is a plus
- Ecommerce experience is a plus
- 5+ years experiences in planning & budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management, Internal control, Risk management, Treasury, Tax, Operations and other Finance related fields
• Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems and practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial modelling skill
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent powerpoint and presentation skill
- Strong problem- solving skills
- Strong multitasking skills
