Tax Compliance Manager - Nuts Business

Overview: OFI Vietnam is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax and Compliance Manager to oversee all tax and compliance matters related to our Nuts Business operations in Vietnam. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework and complies with all regulations and requirements. The successful candidate will manage licensing, land use rights, contract review, and liaise with government authorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance

Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company&039;s operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Oversee and ensure Tax (VAT/ PIT/ Customs etc., ) compliance across all entities and locations of the Nuts Business in Vietnam.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance or a related field.
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
In- depth knowledge of Vietnamese laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Proven experience as a Tax and Compliance Manager or similar role.
