Tax & Consulting Senior

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the team to provide legal related work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
• Supporting Legal Consultants in preparing documentation related to advising foreign investors in business investments in Vietnam, project adjustment procedures in Vietnam.
• Executing projects on legal review, business consulting, labor license registration.
• Assisting in liaising and working with authorities to submit documents and receive results from licensing agencies.
• Updating legal documents and respond promptly to our clients’ inquiries related to investment in Vietnam.
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• Well- organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication (Additional knowledge of other languages is preferred)
• Self- motivated, proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients.
• At least 1 year of related work experience required.
• Willing to go extra miles for work.
• Vietnamese nationality
• Show ability to work in a fast- paced and changing environment
• Good knowledge of Business Law
• Ability for creative thinking, detailed orientation
• Ability to work independently as well as in a professional team.
• Good analytical skills, careful, meticulous
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Law major
• Work experience and/or participation in extracurricular activities will be highly valued
