Tax & GL Supervisor

Closely monitor process of Audit Tax (if any).
Maintain General Ledger reconciliation monthly
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Ensure proper updating of changes in law and issued circulars – this will be done in cooperation with legal counsel who is responsible for the collection of all newly implemented laws/circulars.
Make VAT report, Statistic report, the anticipated CIT report and PIT report every month, quarter.
Ensure that PVN complies with the local tax rules and regulations.
Update all new Tax policies from the government authorities and inform to relevant people/ departments.
Make the General ledgers following VAS standards.

Technical/ Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge: Graduate Finance/ Economic University, major in Finance/ Accounting, at least 4 years experiences at the same position in foreign manufacturing companies. Knowledge of financial/ tax law & legislation.
Skill: Communication (both oral and written English & Vietnamese), excellent use of Excel, familiar with SAP system or any other Finance/ Accounting System
