Tax Leader or Section Manager (Japanese /English)

* Tax responsibilities general

- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns
- Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk.
- Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe

* Role and responsibilities

- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
- Coordinate accounting to clear transaction.
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Build up SOPs to mitigate tax risk.
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.

- Working place: Khu chế xuất Linh Trung 1, TP Thủ Đức TPHCM- Report line: Division Manager (local); Deputy Executive Manger (JP)

* Requirements and skills

- Have experience as a Tax Leader/Manager. Used to work/take countermeasure with Tax inspection 2 times at least.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Expected personality: high proactivity and accountability
- Timeline management and solving problems.

- Male/Female. Age: 33 ~45

- Manufacturing experience is preferred

- Language: Japanese /English (Japanese is preferred)
