Tax Manager - Bien Hoa City - Negotiate

Tax Compliance

Oversee and ensure Tax (VAT/ PIT/ Customs etc., ) across all entities and locations of the Nuts Business in Vietnam.
Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact the company&039;s operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.

Licensing and Permits

Manage the process of obtaining and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations required for the Nuts Business operations.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses and permits, ensuring they are up- to- date.

Contract Management

Ensure that contracts align with tax requirements and mitigate potential risks to the company.
Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships.

Government Relations

Establish and maintain positive relationships with tax government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Act as the primary point of contact for tax matters when dealing with external stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare regular reports for senior management on tax activities and developments.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax- related documents and correspondence.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance or a related field.
