JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Monthly book closing (VAT, CIT calculation):

Coordinate for preparing VAT return declaration for submitting to Tax Department.
Reconciliation all tax liability with GL of tax accounts and investigate for any different value for necessary adjustment

Prepare transfer pricing documents
Year- end CIT and deferred tax calculation. Coordinate and assist tax audit preparation and defense, including VAT, CIT, FCT and other applicable tax for both VN and US
Review commercial contracts from tax perspectives
Ensure there is adequate tax planning, reviewing and revising tax returns – CIT, FCT, VAT, PIT- on a monthly / quarterly and annual basis for both VN and US
Other tasks as required
Hold periodic review meeting with Finance Director for the tax matters updating, tax planning discussion as well as business information exchange
Tax training to business for their awareness and their process improvement if applicable

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Audit or other analytical disciplines; ACCA/CPA US- VN/Tax Agency Certificate is a plus
At least 2- 3 years’ experience in similar roles

Self- motivated, well- organized and structured with strong attention to detail and learning mindset, good time management
Experience in working with SAP, Power BI, Power Query is a plus
Work experience at Big4 audit firms beneficial
Be able to work independently, as well as coordinate with various stakeholders to get the job done
Strong knowledge on related Vietnam and US tax regulations and accounting standards.
Work experience in ecommerce/retail industry beneficial
